What's Included in Every Package

SagePhoto builds itemized photography and video pricing around your specific event — the hours, locations, number of sessions, deliverables, and any special requirements — with every quote provided in writing within one business day so your team knows exactly what’s included before signing.

Photography rates start at $750 for essential two-hour coverage, scaling to $2,000+ for full-day corporate conference documentation and $5,000+ for multi-day conventions with multi-shooter teams. Video production starts at $1,500 for standalone highlight films and $2,500+ when combined with drone coverage, multi-camera setups, and priority delivery. Headshot station add-ons for conferences and trade shows are quoted separately based on volume and duration.

All packages include full commercial usage rights, high-resolution digital delivery, and professional editing — standard across every tier. There are no licensing fees, no per-image charges, and no surcharges for venue complexity. What’s quoted is what’s invoiced.
